All Independence Day events will be on Wednesday, July 4:

  • Dawn: 15k Run/Walk.
  • 9am: Rough-water swim at Central Beach; registration begins at 7:30.
  • 10am: Parade, An American Pageant, along Orange Avenue.
  • 8am-4pm: Art-in-the-Park in Spreckels Park.
  • 2:30-4pm: Adrian Empire Demonstration in Spreckels Park.
  • 1-4pm: Concert at the Ferry Landing, Coronado Jazz Band.
  • 4pm: Concert in Spreckels Park, Coronado Community Band.
  • 9pm: Fireworks over Glorietta Bay.
